From mailings and calls to strategic and efficient digitization.<\/p>\n\n

In many educational institutions, administrative processes are still manual, dispersed and difficult to follow. Mails, calls, documents without control… a dynamic that slows down the work and generates avoidable errors. <\/p>\n\n

That was the starting point for a well-known private university before transforming its management from applications to Board of Governors. Today, the process is completely digital, traceable and efficient. How did they achieve this? <\/p>\n\n

A process designed based on strategy, not urgency<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The project was not a simple digitization, but a redefinition of the process so that everyone – from the applicant to the Board members – worked on a common, clear and automated flow:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Smart digital forms with complete data, attachments and applicant’s signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Automatic sending of requests to the corresponding managers, according to the type of request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Automatic creation of traceability sheets, with documented responsible parties, statuses and actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
