There, the main trends that will mark the future of <strong>automation<\/strong> and <strong>document management<\/strong> were shared. We would like to share with you a summary of the highlights, and how these innovations can transform the way companies manage their information and processes.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Artificial Intelligence as the main protagonist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>AI<\/strong> is consolidating its position as the main driver of automation. Not only is it revolutionizing the way we classify, process and analyze documents, but it is also enabling: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automate repetitive tasks with greater accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make more agile, data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate with existing systems, enhancing their efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>At CIM we are already applying AI solutions that allow our clients to free resources, minimize errors and optimize time, although we remind you that in order to get the full potential of AI, we must have the documentation not only digitized, but also indexed. Automation with a focus on user experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>One of the most commented points was the design of processes <strong>not only to be efficient<\/strong>, but also to be <strong>simple and accessible to users<\/strong>.
