- Creation and construction of documents through Extream.

It was reviewed some use cases where Opentext solutions are very present such as Insurance Policy Generation and Welcome Pack. In these processes, the documentation is generated with Extream application and are managed in xCP, the client case management tool of Opentext, where finally the policy is stored in Documentum. Other example is the Policy Digitalization, where the policy data is captured and sent to client, who sign the policy on paper and send back to Mapfre. Currently, Mapfre is beginning to develop solutions in D2 client, a user interface which is more agile and intuitive.
Document Management is essential in Mapfre as insurance company, since provide a significant cost saving due to the automatization of repetitive processes, otherwise these processes would require a big effort to be performed.
